Bob Marlin is a medium-sized restaurant located in Magsaysay Avenue, Naga City’s food strip. The Palma family founded a restaurant in 1990 named after the owner Cristy Palma. After more than a decade of operation, ¬†they decided to change the concept and ambience of the restaurant bur retained most of their tried and tested recipes. In October 2004, they re-opened the restaurant and named it Bob Marlinr. Bob Marlin Cebu its its second branch and its first franchise.

Why Bob Marlin? It is named after Bob Marley, the famous reggae artist and Blue Marlin, one of its specialties.

Bob Marlin boasts an array of simple and fresh Filipino comfort and fiesta foods. I have personally tasted their dishes and their Crispy Pata is a must-try, and they boast that it is one of the best Crispy Pata in the Philippines. You should also try their Bicol Express and Pinangat.

Most of their food are reasonably priced. A Crispy Pata serving good for 3-5 persons only priced at 299PHP and Laing at 69PHP, that sure is value for your buck.
