One of the spectacles from the newly-concluded Sinulog 2012 festival is the Sinulog Photo Contest. I doled out 1000PHP to join the contest (and also to get the ID to have better access to everything during the festivities). Sadly, I did not win but that’s no biggie as 1,400++ others didn’t too. There are a few familiar names who has won from the past Sinulog Photo Contests from this year’s list.
